What you pay for
In SongBox FUN you buy songs — units of balance. One song = one full version of a personal song (lyrics + music + vocals), created from your answers or from your own lyrics. For one request the bot may send several performance variants — all of them are part of that one song.

What each pack includes
- 1 song ("One gift"): the lyrics — free and editable; if a song fails, it returns to your balance; the full song as MP3; a personal non-commercial licence with no time limit.
- 5 songs ("Holiday set"): 5 full songs — any styles, occasions and names; priority generation — your songs are created first.
- 30 songs ("Every occasion of the year"): 30 songs for all your family and friends; priority generation and priority support — support answers you first.
Songs on the balance do not expire. The balance is cleared only if the account is deleted (Privacy Policy, clause 6.5).
The bot shows the pack price. When you pay via SBP or with crypto, the payment system adds its fee to it — the fee depends on the payment method, and the final amount including the fee is shown on the payment page before you confirm the payment. With Telegram Stars you pay exactly the number of Stars shown. There are no hidden charges and no subscriptions: every purchase is one-off.
Until payments launch, the service runs in demo mode: songs are created free of charge within the limit the bot shows, and the prices in the table apply once payments launch.
Free
- The lyrics are always free: you see them before any music is made and can edit them.
- When payments are available, each song you create uses one song from your balance.
- If moderation refuses a request, no song is debited and the free creation is not used up.
- If a song fails for a technical reason, it goes back to your balance automatically.
Payment methods
- SBP (the Russian Faster Payments System) — payment in roubles; the payment is processed by a payment system (a payment processing provider).
- Telegram Stars — pay with Stars inside Telegram; prices in ⭐. The cost of buying Stars themselves is set by Telegram.
- Crypto — prices in US dollars ($); you choose the coin and the network on the payment page, and the payment is processed by a payment system.
There are no other payment methods. There are no subscriptions and no automatic charges: every purchase is one-off.
SongBox FUN does not receive bank card data: payment happens on the payment system's or Telegram's side. Before your first purchase the bot asks you to confirm that you accept the Terms of Service.
When songs are credited
As soon as the payment system confirms the payment. This usually takes up to a few minutes. If the songs have not arrived after 15 minutes, do not pay again — write to support.
Refunds
If a song fails to be created for a technical reason, it is automatically returned to the balance. A money refund is possible only if the service was not provided through the Service's fault or the songs were not credited after payment — contact support within 24 hours of payment. Refunds are made by the same method as the payment (Telegram Stars — in Stars). Full conditions are in the Terms of Service (/terms command, section 7).
